How it Works
Once we understand your requirements your dedicated event coordinator will begin to work with you to build a bespoke prize list consisting of your own prize donations, art, memorabilia and fully protected experiences/holidays.
We will either design and print an auction catalogue OR create a unique website that can be accessed via mobile or iPads for guests to browse the lots.
Before guest arrival, our staff will arrive and set up the auction display. They will interact with guests and inform them on the lots available on the evening. Should you require a live auction, our staff will take care of this for you too.
Once the auction has closed, you can choose to collect payments yourself or alternatively we can do It for you.
You will receive a detailed and fully transparent report after the event which will show the amount of money raised for your charity.
Post event we have a dedicated despatch and redemption team who will look after all vouchers and organise delivery of items should it be required.
Should you have everything covered and only need additional prizes to supplement your existing donations then we are able to offer our full range of prizes on sale or return. Please contact our friendly team to discuss your requirements.
Most guests prefer to pay on the night and take their items home with them. In some cases, guests may wish to pay post event and require invoices. If we are handling payments on your behalf then our in-house credit control team will issue invoices to guests to make sure all payments are received. We are also able to help with gift aid.
While most patrons will choose to pay on the evening, some may prefer to settle their payments after the event and may require an invoice for business purposes.
We handle all of these details for you, ensuring that payments are processed, invoices are sent, and Gift Aid donations are collected.
The faster we collect all payments, the sooner your cause receives the funds it deserves.
